Q. What happens with my package once it is processed?
A: Your package is on the way to you, we send an email as soon as your order is processed by us that has all of your tracking details inside. There will be an initial pick up scan the package will be updated as it is scanned by the postal service en route to you.
Once the package is handed over to Post and then it begins its way to you. This can take a few more days but if more than 5 please reach out to customer service on info@jocksvapes.co.nz
Q. How can I contact Jock's Vape if I have an issue?
A: Any issues or queries can be relayed via our website via our email address: info@jocksvapes.co.nz
Q: What is the cut-off time for order processing with Jock's Vape?
A: Our team starts bright and early on weekdays, orders placed after 8 am will usually be rolled over to the next working day for processing unless we manage to get a second run done but that is the exception rather than the rule.
Q: Are packages processed on weekends or public holidays?
A: No, packages are not processed on weekends or public holidays. Delivery times may be affected if a package is in transit during these times.
Q: Why does it take so long for my tracking to be updated?
A: This is a big question with parcels that are collected on a Friday or close to a Public Holiday, the parcel will be held over in a depot until it is able to be scanned and processed on the next working day (Monday).
So if your order is processed on a Friday, its tracking won’t be updated until early the next week, taking into account of course the 3-4 working day delivery estimate.
Q: Why can’t you give delivery times? Why is it always estimated?
A: With shipping parcels, 98% of our parcels arrive within the expected delivery period (3-4 working days), there will be rare occasions where there are delays in shipping from local logistic disruptions.
Please note that the information provided is subject to change and may not be applicable to all Post shipments.
🚚 FOR OUR KIWI WHĀNAU
NZ Post: With the current shipping conditions in New Zealand, we have been advised of the following:
The current estimate for domestic deliveries is 2-4 working days (excluding unanticipated delays)
- Parcels are unable to be left on location since nicotine-containing products and associated items (Vaping Pods, mods, kits etc) are considered 18+ items akin to alcohol and tobacco. The person receiving the product must sign for it and be 18 years or older, if the courier suspects that the person is below the age of 18, they can request ID.
- If the ID request is declined, the package will be taken away and shipped back to us (the sender). The customer will then need to contact us to arrange reshipping at your cost. This also means that packages for our customers cannot be left on site, a signature is required, and, in the event, there is no one home to receive the parcel, it will be returned to the depot and the customer will need to arrange for another delivery attempt.
- Tracking updates can take longer to appear if an order is placed on Friday as Post does not service our parcels on weekends, so please keep this in mind if your tracking isn’t immediately updated.
